HPR Submission Guidelines

Submissions to HPR, in the form of articles, opinions, graphs, charts and photos, are accepted.

All material should be submitted electronically, either by email or other electronic means. Hardcopy may be submitted, but will take longer to process. Submission should be original work by the author and may not contain other coyright material. The author retains rights to their submissions and grants TRA the right to edit and publish.

Articles: Should be typewritten and a minimum of one page. There is no upper page limit but longer articles may be divided into multiple parts across issues. Articles should be well written and checked for grammar and spelling. Content should not require significant re-editing. Please note that all submissions must be in English.

Photos, Graphs and Charts: Should be in .jpg or other common photo formats and be as high-resolution as possible and include captions. Images must be of usable quality and are preferred as separate files rather than embedded in articles. 

Payment Guidelines: ~$20 per page with a cap of $200 per article (reduced payment or lack of publishing may result if guidelines are not followed.)  The TRA Treasurer will provided payment afgter publication of content and as recommended by the editor.

Deadlines: HPR is published mid-month in Mar, Jun, Sep, and Dec. Deadlines are the middle fo the prior month. The editor reserves the right to reject or edit any material by the submitted.
