How to Renew Your Membership

Renewal Notifications

Tripoli will send renewal reminder emails beginning before your membership expires. You may also see a renewal notice when you log in to the Tripoli website or visit your Member Profile during your renewal period.

To renew, click the renewal link in the email or log in to the Tripoli website and select the **Renew** option. ClubExpress will guide you through the renewal process, allowing you to review and update your membership information before proceeding to payment.

Your renewal is completed once any required membership dues have been paid.

Renewing Early

If you would like to renew before your normal renewal period, log in and go to your Member Profile. If early renewal is available, you will see an option allowing you to renew your membership before it is due

Automatic Membership Renewal

Automatic renewal is available for the Senior Member membership type.

When selecting or renewing a Senior Membership, you can choose between automatic renewal and manual renewal.

Automatic Renewal and Payment

If you select automatic renewal, you will be asked to save a credit card as your payment method. ClubExpress will automatically renew your membership and charge the saved payment method when your membership is due for renewal. You do not need to manually complete the renewal process each year.

Your credit-card number is not stored by Tripoli Rocketry Association. Payment information is securely maintained through the ClubExpress payment system in accordance with Payment Card Industry (PCI) security requirements. Tripoli does not have access to your full credit-card number.

Manual Renewal

If you choose not to participate in automatic renewal, you will receive renewal reminders as your expiration date approaches. Log in to the Tripoli website, select Renew, review your membership information, and complete payment.

You may still pay by credit card without enrolling in automatic renewal. A saved credit card is required only when using automatic renewal and payment.

How to Update Your Credit Card

If you use automatic renewal and your credit card expires, is replaced, or you simply want to use a different card, you can update your saved payment information through your Member Profile.

Log in to the Tripoli website and go to: Member Profile → More Member Options → Credit Card

From there, you can add or update the credit card used for automatic renewal.

For your security, Tripoli does not have access to your full credit-card number and cannot update your card information for you. Credit-card information must be entered and managed by you through the secure ClubExpress payment system.

Keeping your payment information current will help ensure that your automatic membership renewal can be processed successfully when it becomes due.

Stopping Automatic Renewal

If you have automatic renewal enabled and want to stop future automatic charges, log in to the Tripoli website and open your Member Profile.

Go to: Member Profile → More Member Options → Privacy/Cancel/Remove → Cancel My Membership

Follow the prompts to cancel the automatically renewing membership. Your membership will remain in effect through its applicable expiration period, but it will not automatically renew or charge your saved payment method again.
