Election Committee

 

According to Tripoli's bylaws:  "The committee shall solicit candidates and oversee the balloting process for the election of directors."

The committee shall handle the ballot process for election of members of the board of directors. The committee shall consist of three natural person voting members of the corporation. No director or nominee may serve on the election committee."
