About this event

Teams from around the world (24 countries in 2023) are applying to compete in 2024 Spaceport America Cup. These teams will be building and launching Level 3 sized rockets to 10,000 feet or 30,000 feet depending on their category. Each of the teams must have a Flyer of Record/Mentor. Some teams have not been able to identify a flyer of record yet and that's where they need your help. Student teams are expected to fund travel related expenses for their mentor.

As a Level 3 certified TRA Senior mentor, you would work closely with the team throughout the build and design phase (remotely) and then be present as the Flyer of Record for the launch preparation, pad loading and recovery activities. The competition takes place in southern New Mexico at Spaceport America from June 17-22, 2024.
